Geocapital Partners is pleased to welcome to our firm, Henry S. Allen, General Partner, London.

From our London office, Henry S. Allen will focus his efforts on new investments and supporting portfolio companies in Europe. Before Geocapital Partners, Mr. Allen was an Investment Manager and Director of 3i plc for eight years, a leading European venture capital institution. His most recent tenure was seven years at GE Capital where he was the President and CEO of GE Capital Commercial Finance-Europe. Prior to that, he was Director of Strategic Business Development and Acquisitions with GE Capital European Equipment Finance and the Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions for GE Capital European Financial Services. Mr. Allen has a First Class Honors in Applied Chemistry from the University of Salford, Manchester, a Finance and Accounting diploma from Newcastle Polytechnic and a MBA from Manchester Business.
