Henry joined Geocapital in 2000 where he focuses on enterprise application software and services investments. Prior to Geocapital, he served as President and CEO of GE Capital Commercial Finance-Europe, which he grew from start-up to a 650-employee business in six countries within three years. Before GE Capital, Henry was an Investment Manager and then Director of 3i plc, Europe's leading venture capital institution. He began his career as an Assistant Scientific Officer for Rutherford Laboratory in Oxford, England. Henry holds an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School and has a First Class degree in Applied Chemistry and a Diploma in Finance and Accounting.

Henry plays several racquet sports but regularly takes to the tennis court as a way to keep fit and maintain his competitive edge.
