Steve co-founded Geocapital Partners in 1984. Prior to establishing
Geocapital, Steve was a Partner at Adler & Company, a
NY-based venture capital firm. He was also a consultant at
Bain & Company. He has been a Director of numerous public
and private companies. Steve received a B.A. in Mathematics,
Phi Beta Kappa, from Haverford College, an M.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Columbia University where he graduated
first in his class, and a J.D., magna cum laude,
from Harvard Law School.
Steve is also the Managing Partner of Kinderhook Partners, an investment fund devoted to investing in micro-cap publicly traded companies.
